Welcome to our charming holiday apartment, nestled in a residence in the heart of the village of Les Gets, ideal for a relaxing holiday for 4 people.
Located on the 2nd floor with lift access. Upon entry, the living area welcomes you, equipped with a small entrance hall, a comfortable lounge fitted with a television and a sofa bed for two people, and an equipped kitchen. The glazed doors of the lounge will allow you direct access to the apartment's balcony.
The room is equipped with a double bed and storage, with direct access to the balcony-terrace from its French doors.
An adjoining shower room with toilet is equipped with a washing machine for your convenience.
You have an assigned parking space located in the underground car park of the residence. Please note that the aisles and car park are narrow, with a maximum height of 2 metres.
Bicycles are prohibited in the apartment and the residence. If we find that bicycles have been brought into the apartment, the deposit will be deducted from you.
Linen, towels and end of stay cleaning not included.

- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
